Dariuz is a powerful dog of medium size (26 kg) and clearly good physique. He has always been the hunter’s dog, with a special ability to find and present bird under difficult hunting conditions. Used for hunting both grouse and ptarmigan. He is very easy to interpret, works gently through the terrain, perseveres and is exciting to hunt with. Dariuz has been hunting since he was 6 months old, when he excelled early with a strong stand instinct, willingness to cooperate and independence. He is a natural and precise retriever. Dariuz is a beautiful dog, collecting all necessary certificates during 6 months in 2015. Exterior strengths include correct head and muzzle, beautiful markings, good above and below the line, good cross, boning and fine movements. His personality can be described as intelligent, intense and strong, yet very affectionate and lovable with people and especially children. Dariuz is son of Rippy’s Tex one of the most merited gordon setters throughout the ages and comes from the successful D-litter from Zettertjärns U-Hell. Siblings have bred very well from both an exterior and hunting perspective. Dariuz not previously been used for breeding.
